The Belmont 1857 is the only remaining antebellum mansion on the Mississippi River in Greenville/Washington County. Built in 1857 for W.W. Worthington and restored to its original grandeur, Belmont is now a Bed and Breakfast and is available for weddings, events and tours. Located in the restored downtown Sears Building in Greenville, The Lofts at 517 offer luxury hotel rooms and apartments with the Downtown Grille restaurant serving it’s patrons. They are located at 517 Washington Avenue. The building was built in the 1940’s for Sears Roebuck and Company and was occupied by them until the early 1970’s.
